Can I earn CE credits?
COPE Accreditation ended on May 2, 2020. This decision was taken to allow us maximum flexibility to be able to make our courses as effective and innovative as possible. You can read more about this here.
Do I have to complete the course in one sitting or can I come back at a later time?
You don’t have to complete the course in one sitting. In fact, you can stop and start the course as often as you like until you are finished. EyeCarePD works with your schedule, with courses available wherever and whenever you’re ready to learn.
How can I find out what courses I have already taken?
Log in with your username and password. Click on the My Courses tab at the top of any page. Once on the My Courses page you will see all of the courses you have enrolled in and will be able to check your progress including course completion.
What time commitment should I plan to make for a course?
The COPE accredited time for each course is listed in the Course Catalog The time commitment is based on your current skills and learning goals. To learn effectively, you should return to levels to refresh your memory and improve your accuracy.
If I have questions about the course material, how do I get answers?
Email us at [email protected], and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have. Also, every page on this site has a blue circle with a “chat” symbol in the bottom right hand corner. This provides a handy chat screen that you can access without leaving the webpage.

Do you accept credit card payment online? Can I pay by Check?
We accept payment online by MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Checks are not accepted at this time. All online transactions are encrypted and processed on a secure server using Paypal. Note that you do not need a Paypal account to make purchases.
How do I get a receipt?
When you purchase a course, there is an option on the credit card site to enter an email address for the purpose of receiving a receipt. You should add “[email protected]” to your email contacts list to ensure delivery. If you still do not get a receipt, email us at [email protected] and we will promptly send out a receipt.
Can I return my course and get my money back?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. Email us at [email protected] if you have questions or concerns.
What are the computer/internet requirements to take a course online?
Our courses can be experienced on Windows or Mac platforms using modern browsers (we recommend the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience) and a high-speed internet connection.
Can I take courses on my tablet?
Yes, our courses will play on your iPad or Android tablet.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click here to reset your password. The email address you submit must match the email address in your EyeCarePD profile for this automated system to work.

Is my credit card safe?
Yes it is. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All purchases are managed by Stripe, which uses next-level encryption and 24/7 monitoring help safeguard your transactions.
Is my information safe?
Yes it is. We recognize that Internet security is a big deal. That is why we limit our data collection and storage to only the most essential facts and never store your credit card data.
Can I have, can you remove all of my personal information?
