VA=20/400. What is the diagnosis?

Dr Lederer says:
The OCT demonstrates a case of an epiretinal membrane (ERM). There is also a component of vitreomacular traction (VMT) and some intraretinal fluid (IRF). These are good cases to refer for surgical intervention (vitrectomy and membrane peeling).
