Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy Pre- and Post-Panretinal Photocoagulation.

54-year-old woman who presented initially with active proliferative diabetic retinopathy and fibrotic changes. 3 years after panretinal photocoagulation there is pronounced regression of the neovascularization. The fibrovascular changes persist and do not warrant intervention at this point in time.
