Presumed Ocular Histoplasmosis

36-year-old man with choroidal neovascularization (CNV) secondary to presumed ocular histoplasmosis. There are 3 discrete areas of CNV (red circles). This appearance is relatively unique to inflammatory pathology as most degenerative diseases (age-related macular degeneration for example) will only display 1 CNV nidus. Other diagnostic findings include the punched-out areas (blue circles) and peripapillary atrophy (purple circle).
