This OCT image is typical of dry age-related macular degeneration complicated by focal atrophy. The retinal pigment epithelium demonstrates multiple undulations consistent with drusen accumulation. Additionally, the transmission defect (bright OCT signal) in the area of atrophy along with loss of the ellipsoid zone are consistent findings of this diagnosis. Can you find the features?
